Any cancellation must be made in writing (email/letter) Cancellation charges are as follows:

Please advise us of any health conditions which may affect your participation in the event and ensure that you carry appropriate medications. Please note that the Monastery and grounds are not wheel chair friendly.
Our commitment to you:
If Brian or Suze are unable to attend due to last minute accident or illness, we will endeavour to find a replacement teacher.
In the case of an emergency where I am unable to communicate, I authorise the programme crew to arrange for me to receive such medical treatment as may be deemed necessary. I also undertake to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred for medical treatment, ambulance transport and drugs associated with any such emergency. I understand that although SATM Crew and Instructors attempt to minimise any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, accidents do happen and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury. I agree to accept all responsibility for any actions I take that may involve risk and I acknowledge that by agreeing to the terms and conditions, SATM Crew and Instructors do not become responsible for any activities I should choose to participate in.
